    Integration of Boombit, a digital agency in Central America, strengthening our staff augmentation model and expanding our regional presence.

    Consolidation of regional capability leadership and governance, establishing strong management structures and scalable operating standards across LATAM.

    Integration of 9North, completing a service offering that allows to become digital transformation partners for our clients throughout their fully integrated CX.

    Key client expansion in Mexico and Latam region. We launched ExxonMobil loyalty platform for Mexico and implemented a media operations solution for Lenovo.

  • 2017

    We launched our performance marketing division, integrating strategy and data analytics to our existing ecommerce and loyalty solutions.

  • 2016

    We made successful inroads in the pharma industry, implementing incentive and personalized marketing programs for clients such as Roche, Pfizer and Abbott.

  • 2015

    We became Latam Partners for Progress and its CMS solution Sitefinity, starting implementations of commerce sites and marketing automation services.

  • 2005

    We developed our proprietary Ecommerce solution Evoy and implemented with clients in the convenience food industry, as well as important pharma retailers in the region.

  • 2002

    We partnered with MasterCard to jointly start processing loyalty programs for the financial sector. We built our first data center and become PCI DSS certified.

  • 2001

    Establishment of operations in México City. As a result we engaged with clients such as Home Depot and Cinépolis to manage their loyalty programs.

  • 1999

    We launched our first loyalty program for the biggest retailers in Central America, followed by implementations in banking, convenience food and gas & oil.

  • 1985

    Loymark was founded as a direct marketing agency, looking to build and manage contact data bases and offer call center solutions to our clients.
